To be honest, I couldn’t complain even if I wanted to! From the stalkers being able to help find a specific product, to assistant managers walking around the store and making sure customers are happy and successful in their mission. And then to the woman that checked me out… Her customer service skills were above par! She went above and beyond to make me smile and try her best to have a simple and polite conversation while checking out my groceries. Thank you HEB for finding the best employees that deal with the most and still manage to make the shopping experience a good one.

This H-E-B is not only convenient but is very laid-back most of the items are on stock the employers are friendly the managers are okay. I came in because me I am an H-E-B vendor. The people that work there were very nice and ready to help. I would I gave them a 5 but their bathroom really needs some attention through out the day.

Honestly, what bad can be said about this heavily store? I left a pack of chicken here yesterday, called today and talked to Ricardo; which he happened to be a gem. After talking about my accent (I’m from Michigan and I happen to pronounce my words pretty lazy ) He pinpointed where I was from and was also pretty amazing with his customer service skills. He didn’t question me or anything; just all around amazing.I give Ricardo 10/10. He needs a raise and paid vacation. ❤️
