Hands down worse experience. We purchased a bed and base here for over $5800. After receiving the new bed the installers didn’t even take the old mattress out of the yard and just left. Had to wait 3 more days for them to come back and take it. They still didn’t take the frame that it was sitting on. Which we were told they would take that but not the bookshelf headpiece. Now as trying to return the new bed they cant take the new base back and theres a 20% restocking fee. Posting this to save anyone a headache and some money, I hope this helps. Now we’re seeking legal representation and posting to the BBB. Lastly Nick was our salesperson and he did great. It’s the company that are the real scam artist here.
