I used to love it driving 10 miles to their location. Now, they change their personal and for the past 3 weeks the coffee taste like the mermaid one….. like water! No taste sad they don’t continue with their original recipes

I went to Gloria Jeans located in Pharr, right off the service road between Polk and Jackson. I wanted a tall cup of coffee so I thought I’d go in instead of waiting in the drive thru line. Upon entering I was pleasantly greeted, there was no line and I ordered my coffee with cream and Splenda. I thought the coffee was OK, but this is no Starbucks, however, the price was better. Gloria Jeans offers more than coffee, they too do teas as well. Will I go back again ? Probability to try something else on the menu.

LOVE their coffee. This place has been one of my favorites since the first time I tried them. They’re always so friendly and very good with their service. I stopped buying coffee from everywhere else and just dedicated to Gloria Jean’s hope to see them grow even more! Keep up the great work
