The credit app was easy. The staff was very helpful with any and all questions I may have had. Unit to mention that I was shocked by my payments, considering how much I financed. To say I have less than perfect credit is an understatement and they helped me get what I needed.

Ordered a bedroom suite to be delivered. When it arrived a lamp was broken and the footboard had a bad spot on it that they had used a furniture pen on before delivery and showed me after it was all put together. A new footboard and lamp was ordered to be delivered the next week, the footboard again arrived at the store damaged, they called and ordered another one to be delivered the next week. They delivered this one and the lamp set it up and left. However it was damaged as well. I called and notified the manager who said he would order 2 so maybe one would arrive in good condition and it would be delivered the next week, which should have been today but no phone call was recieve and at 5 pm noone had shown up to deliver so I called the store and they had not ordered a replacement or left any notes on my account. The salesman I talked with has now ordered another footboard to be delivered next week which is 5 weeks after the initial delivery and was basically told it happens you’ll eventually get a good one! This should not happen and is concerning noone seems to care and they aren’t worried about putting the customer out every week waiting on deleveries only to receive more damaged merchandise or nothing at all!
