With no prior experience with Herman Miller chairs, I entered the Domain retail store and had a great (and super comfy) time learning all the models and features. The store’s vibes are on point, and the design lets you try each try at a desk and on different types of floor surfaces, which helped narrow down which options were valuable for my style of sitting and working. Chandler was supremely helpful, guiding me through each model, option, adjustment, and even the upholstery options not shown online, as well as helping me order. Superb service and I can’t stress how valuable of an experience going here was. The chairs are all distinctly comfortable but each person will find the one that fits best. Really glad one of the few locations is local, but hoping they expand so people get to try out these chairs. Can’t wait for mine to arrive.
