The MOD (I assume it was because she had on a different shirt) came back from the restroom and just took charge, but in a very pleasant way, no yelling like u would normally hear. I commended her on her pleasant actions. That is what a fellow team member needs to hear, not the normal degrading u would expect to hear. Slow drive thru. Ordered a coffee, french fries, and few other things for the kids as we were traveling home from Florida. The fries were too salty and soggy. I wish I could go to any McDonald’s and have fresh hot fries like they should be. They need to improve their quality of service. It’s poor.

I like the kiosk, and the foods always good, but when u use the kiosk, you always have to ask for part of your order, like drinks, ice cream, and u cant eat in, which i don’t mind too much because the lobby definitely needs remodeling and a good scrub down.
