Absolutely horrible, I am forced to use CVS because Medicaid is no longer excepted at Walgreens. I called between 9 and 10 am to transfer my child’s prescription. When I went to pick it up around 3pm i was told the pharmacist hasn’t done anything transfers yet and that I would get a text when they are ready. So I decided to call at around 7:25 pm to see it it was going to be filled before the store closed I was put on hold til about 7:45. The lady told me that it would be ready in 10 mins. I’m not going to pretend I know how a pharmacy works but I think it’s kinda messed up that it took them all day to make a 15 min phone call. My child is sick and all I want to do is get her her medicine.

I’m forced to give a star they don’t deserve one So I scheduled a appt for 330 for covid and they are so slow I’m gonna be hear at least another hour and on top of that the one taking the test is so rude no compassion. Never again and I use cvs on 34th and slide every two weeks. Huge difference in the way your treated
