If somone were to ask me to rate the customer service at this place, I literally could not. It is non existent here. When I came here to get new boots, the guy behind the counter was nice enough to approach me and ask me what I was looking for. But when it came down to questions about steal toe and what he could recommend it seemed he didn’t really know his stuff and was not confident in what he was talking about.Maybe it was an off day or something but customer service is seriously lacking at this place.-Had a better experience at the Arlington location.

Covid 19 safe practices are in place at this location. No more than 4 people in the store at one time, and a box of masks and sanitizer is provided upon entrance inside of the store.The gentleman that serviced us, Alex, was very polite and personable, great customer service. My first impression of this store was a great one. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from here again.
