Get your bike fit here!!I recently got fitted for my new road bike by T.C., who was basically a bike fit magician. Bike fits are so so so important for performance and safety, and TC is an expert. He was super patient, making all the necessary adjustments without rushing the process (like some other bike shops) and now my bike feels so much better, like a totally different machine. My rides are now painless and I’m putting out more power thanks to TC!

Middling bike store, and easy over priced. But I like the history

I’ll start by saying that the shop itself is great. I was able to rent two high quality bikes at about the market rate, which was fine. I give this two stars because of the customer service from the one person I dealt with in the rental dept. (same guy each time) first over the phone, then multiple times in person at the shop. Zero respect from him – he doesn’t even say hello. Rude throughout the entire process, including barking at me for being in the way of the water fountain for incoming cyclists. I asked to sit on the bike before taking it, which I did, and discovered the seat was too high. He lowered it but neglected to:1. Allow me to sit on it a second time to ensure it was the right height, and2. Tell me that he had actually lowered it as much as possible, which meant that if it was still too high at its lowest setting than I would just be out of luck. This is exactly what ended up happening. We were rushed through the entire process and scooted out the door, and that was that. I was actually NOT looking forward to the return simply to have to deal with homeboy again. I like supporting the local guys, and everyone else in the store that I encountered seemed friendly, but this guy left a whole lot to be desired. I didn’t feel good about giving my money to them at all after being treated so disrespectfully. I walked away feeling like my business was a burden to him. If the rental guy had been as nice as everyone else this would have been 4 or 5 stars.
