I hope that Google is correct and that this location is permanently closed, but it was open as recently as 11/21/18. I gave it one star only because the system wouldn’t allow me to give less. BEWARE – DO NOT COUNT ON THIS LOCATION FOR YOUR HOLIDAY MEAL! I reserved a ham about a week before Thanksgiving, was given a confirmation #, and was told that I could pick up the ham any time on Wednesday (the day before Thanksgiving). I arrived at 2pm to see an employee sitting outside on the curb, smoking a cigarette and talking on his cell phone. He said Ma’am, we ain’t got no more hams. When I told him that I reserved one, he said I SAID that we ain’t got no more hams. He told me that they sell them until they sell out, and said that the confirmation numbers don’t mean anything. He also blamed me for the issue, saying that he doesn’t know why customers all wait until the last minute to pick up their hams. It was the worst customer service experience that I’ve had in decades. I can’t stress enough how terrible this location is.
