It is apparent that workers here are underpaid, evident in their ambivalence and stoic demeanors. Help is on the scarce side and knowledge of the products are more scarce. However, I did encounter an employee who knew what she was talking about and I was amazed. What’s missing is the company’s dedication to its employee’s well-being. Look no further than Costco or Trader Joe where the attitudes of the employees are much friendlier, more helpful and warm.The store itself tends to be adequate, well stocked, orderly and clean. But this can be said for Home Depot as well. Unfortunately, the employees there are not any friendlier or knowledgeable. So when I shop, my expectations for customer service is minimal. I simply find what I need, checkout and not be disappointed if no one smiled or said hello.

Excellent and happy experience after a long dark COVID winter!! Beautiful variety of plants. I was so excited, may have overbought! They also have a sale on Miracle Grow planting soil…. buy 3 get 3!My only issue is that many plants seems to be in stress due to lack of water.
