Lynda Bliss was our wonderful designer. She came out to our new house, at no charge, and then presented a floor plan with the new suggested furniture. Then the fun began when we played with fabrics she showed us. Oh, I love turquoise!

Placed order labor day weekend. The sales agreement still lists 30 days for item delivery, etc. They verbally state that isn’t the case of course due to magic covid. I was okay with that. However, the salesman stated the sofa fabric in question was not in short supply so that would not add a further delay. Today, 10/07/2020, we are informed production will not start until 12/15/2020 due to fabric shortage. He told us he specifically checked for that at the time the order was placed and it was not an issue. Now, it is. Between waiting what will likely be every bit of six months for a sofa and their little mistake I am thoroughly displeased with the Bassett experience and would recommend spending your money elsewhere.
