I’d give zero stars if that was an option. I went into the store with pictures and a description of the work I needed done. Billy came out and seemed interested in the job and gave me a ballpark estimate. He told me he’d contact me in the next day or two with a firm estimate. Over the next several weeks I called the store 4 times and left messages each time asking him to contact me. Nothing…not even the courtesy of a call back if he didn’t want the job. Nothing. Yes, my job was small but I guess they don’t really need business.
