Went in Sunday morning April 11, 2021 to buy a square head shovel and found not 1 hanging in stock. It took us 45 minutes to get some assistance. 45 minutes to get someone in a manlift to go up and pull 8 square head shovels from the very top. I also had to move several boxes for the manlift operator. I asked to speak with a the store manager after my purchase and they send me the head cashier, aka the pajama girl to hear me out. She said her store manager name is Omar but doesn’t know his last name so good luck to me talking to the right Omar. Come to find out store managers name is Jose Canelas.

The level of irritation I have is beyond me! I ordered everything for my bathroom remodel! From the tub to the toilet to the vanity and the fixtures etc! My order was ready for pick up! Got a confirmation and all spoke with a lady and she said my order was ready! We went ahead and called off work. Rented a truck. Had friends come help assist us and waited in line for pick up for 2 hours for something that shouldOf already been ready! Come find out they don’t have anything we ordered! We didn’t get a cancellation or anything! Didn’t get a call and the woman we spoke to wasn’t there but they knew our order wasn’t there and they didn’t have anything yet had us waiting! Now I’m stuck with a full refund! A truck bill from us renting and hours we could of been working! Also a delayed in our bathroom renovation in which is also an inconvenience on our contractor! I’m beyond livid at their incompetence and their lack of professionalism. I will never come here! Nothing was done no help nothing! I’m beyond livid!
