Ryan was a great Sales Rep that listened to me and really wanted to help but did not push me. When I was ready to purchase he came in on his day off to help me further. He was the only one at AT&T that helped me get my mom’s voice-mails off my old phone so I would not use them (from the previous provider) no one else knew how. AT&T never had enough ppl working and it looks like a brand new store what’s the point in building another store location and then not having enough employees to work seems like hiring more pplAt the stores you already have would be better also there are a ton of employees in the back but none are coming to the floor and it’s now 10 ppl waiting

Excellent service. Made an appointment online and was assisted quickly. Very clean and everyone wearing masks and social distancing. They also clean where customers seat once they are done working with them. Can’t say enough good things.
