When I walked into Gear Gaming during their soft open, there wasn’t much gear and the gaming was just getting going. I was intimidated. But suddenly, a switch was flipped, either literally or metaphorically. (It’s hard to tell with new renovations.)Gear Gaming was electrifying even before it was fully ready. The owners were super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. There was already a wide variety of games on the shelves, but apparently that was just an amuse bouche for the big shipment. I’m excited to come rent a few games and chill, not to mention getting in on some sweet, sweet tabletop action.Opelika didn’t know it needed Gear Gaming. It’s up to you, dear Review-Reader, to fix that. Get out there and play some games. It may be daunting, but Gear Gaming has everything you need for the journey.
