Ordered 6, 24in x 16in foam board photos which came out beautifully! Two of the photo sizes were a little off due to the photos I gave them being slightly skewed. They were so kind and worked with me to print the two again so they all matched. Great customer service!

One would think a full bleed double sided 8.5×11 flyer would be pretty standard. After 3 employees were unable to scale and position the PDF properly, I had to log on to one of the work stations, set it up in InDesign as a full sheet (2 up) and send them the file. They printed it out and I cut it myself. The print quality was good but the competence level of the staff was really lacking. There is an Alpha Graphics down the road that can do stuff right.
