Bought 2 products and spent over $500 and one of them a $200 product didn’t work at all. I went in and the older lady working probably named Karen was immediately rude to us before we even discussed the issue and basically said get out of my store and good luck getting the manufacturer to warranty it.My girlfriend and myself were taken quite of guard because our previous visit when we purchased the product was so fantastic thanks to the 2 young black women that helped us. We had never felt more comfortable in a store like this before but unfortunately we will not be returning as it is 1 hour from where we live and clearly customer service is not the managers priority.

I went in earlier this week, I wasn’t looking for anything specific… Upon walking in I was happy to be greeted by the sweetest person, I can’t remember her name but she was a short black girl, she had dreads & a cool lil bohemian vibe… She was super helpful and made me feel comfortable enough to tell her what I liked so she could find something that would work for me. I usually shop online for these types of things but that could be hit or miss, anyways I’ll definitely be coming back and it’s truly because of her…
