Amazing customer services. Prices are extremely reasonable. I felt compelled to buy because they were so nice and accommodating. I wish I could have bought more but based on time constraints I had to leave. Josh was incredible and an older black lady that initially sold us on the sale prices was also pleasant and very helpful. She reminded me of my aunt. Honestly, this is one of my best customer services experiences. Good job Banana Republic @ Galleria.

What the heck is going on with the Banana Republic Brand? I happened to be walking through this store today, and saw a sweater jacket that I loved, but was too big. An employee came over and said don’t you love that, I said I did but it was too large, and instead of her trying to help me find the correct size she literally shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I was ready to shop and buy, but the employee who had no one else in the store was too disinterested in closing the sale to help. My computer is a lot more help – I’ll stick to buying online. And may I say that this is why retail stores are in so much trouble…

Very large GAP family brand store, on the 1st floor of the Galleria (under a GAP & ON).That being said, it could easily have more merchandise in stock and still look clean and minimalist, along with having a couple more associates working the floor, at least during the day.This store is a main throughway for people trying to get from the parking garage to the mall, and seriously needs addtl. staff working on the selling floor.
