Backwoods has the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. I would not recommend buying their products. They ship you the incorrect item and then will not reply to any emails and you are therefore unable to return the item or get your money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

So, i’m not an experienced outdoorsman, i’ll be honest but the folks at Backwoods are, and it’s always good to learn something new. Me and my friend Katie attending this past weekends fly fishing event. We had free brats and beer and got to shop around the store. The staff was very friendly and can cook up a mean brat. I will be back, should I need any camping or hiking gear!
