All I want is my medication. I’m not understanding why it can’t be filled in a timely matter. The phones not working can’t speak to anyone. I’ll never use this pharmacy again. Now I see why the doctor kept asking me if I wanted HEB pharmacy. I know now where to go. If my kids and I was dying from COVID-19 we would be dead. You can see what the Prescription is for.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They wouldn’t answer a phone call or return a different pharmacy’s call all afternoon. I called around 12:30 and sat on hold for 50 minutes to ask about transferring a prescription, they never answered. I gave up and went to the store and they told me to call the store I wanted it transed to so their pharmacist could call to request it. So I went home and called. The HEB pharmacy called and was on hold for 30 minutes, no answer again so they left a message. So at 5:00 HEB still doesn’t have the medication so I had to drive back to CVS from Harker Heights and tell the pharmacist what happened and tell him to transfer it while I stood there and waited to make sure he did it. Absolutely absurd.

My husband and I had appointment s forcovid testing today Sdonday April 25th.Scheduled time was 1230 and 1240.Arriving at 1220 to see drive thru was closed and a sign said to come in.Inside we were told the Technician doing the testing not come in.Good business would be to inform us.
