I love this store. Planning my daughter’s wedding during a pandemic is no easy thing. But anytime I need to return an Amazon package or ship something I always use this store. The staff is always amazing and it is always so clean. Can’t imagine using anywhere else now. Thanks to the owners for they hard work keeping things easy for us.

I gave a package to UPS to go ground shipment from San Antonio to Austin on 25 Jan 2021. Although I read from my phone the correct address, unknown to me their system changed the zip code. The Austin UPS store held delivery to verify the code . Verification was made on Wednesday so delivery could be made on Thursday 28 January. Delivery was attempted Thursday by the Austin store but was stopped by this San Antonio store giving instruction to deliver on 29January 2021. I want to know why. At best it should have been delivered on Thursday even with the zip code problem.. 5 days for a city to city ground overnight shipment. Use another UPS store.
