Office people are amazing! Went up there they were on lunch but opened the door right at 2 when lynch was over an were super nice as soon as I walked in the door. Asked for a remote an they didn’t hesitate to help me! I really appreciated that.

Contrary to rumors I found the staff to be very forthcoming with answers to my questions and exceptionally helpful with problems with the internet. Send somebody out almost immediately once I had set up a scheduled maintenance request the person came out within an hour before he was supposed to. found this fascinating and spectacular. Good job Mediacom keep it up.
