I blew my tire out on the way to work this morning. I called up Baileys Tires at 8 am. He had my size tire. I got there at 815 they were done by 825a. I was back at work before anyone noticed I was gone. Thanks to Bailey’s Tires!

great customer service nice all around they talked about what was wrong the tire gave me suggestions on how but they can do to fix it and what you knowanother company that was cheaper so I was very I was very impressed but it’s it doesn’t seem like it’s a tire shop it didn’t look like much but it turned out to be one of the best experiences I had in a long time with a tire shop or any auto body shop for that matter

Sold me a bad tire. Went flat over night. Found out on my way to work at 4 am. I called and left a message explaining I was upset for wasting my money and wanted this fixed. I specifically stated I would be off work at 3PM. He called me four times between 6 and 7 am. I texted my wife asked if she would call him. His answer was bring me the tire back and I’ll give you the money back.Seeing as I am still in need of a tire I dont see how my problem was corrected.Alabama is a 1 party consent state. Maybe I’ll post my recorded message, with the screenshots proving the disregard of my work schedule. The unwillingness to give me the tire I paid for, the whole ridiculous experience.Thanks for the wasted time!
