Don’t get COVID tested here!! The pharmacists have no clue what they are doing. I came to get my scheduled test at 11:20. After waiting 30 minutes in the one line for tests and for picking up prescriptions, I get to the window and find out they cannot check me in for some reason and that I need to come back later? But they do not know when I will be coming back. After leaving I get a phone call 10 minutes later saying to come back. Only to find out I once again have to wait in the long line, which I am still currently sitting in while writing this. The lady in the front waiting for her test has been waiting 10-15 minutes just for them to give her, her self swab kit. I never write reviews about places… but this is ridiculous!

I would give this a zero star if I could. I was trying to get a prescription transferred here, which I now will not be doing, and I was on hold for OVER AN HOUR!! I called multiple times trying to get through, even called the front register to get transferred and still sat on hold. When someone from the pharmacy finally answered they told me that the other cvs that told me to call them to get the prescription transferred was wrong and that they cannot transfer it because of the prescription type and that I needed to tell my doctors office, which after being on hold FOR AN HOUR was then closed. What a joke.
