Clayton’s attitude is horrible. He acts like he does not need your business. No customer service whatsoever. He acted inconvenienced for me trying to give him business with my new fireplace install. Shop around. There are way better people out there.

Walked in and immediately the staff catered to us, made us feel right at home even after we told them we were just browsing. They offered us water, gave us space to look around without pressuring us into buying anything. They are extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different types of fireplace settings they have, so impressed by this place, definitely recommend them!

I wanted to wait until I had used my pellet stove for a full season before writing a review. We are EXTREMELY happy with the pellet stove insert we got. They treated us with exceptional customer service and I feel we got a great deal. In fact they even called me to say they made an invoice mistake and refunded me money. Thats an honest business. Will continue to do business and we figure that with our energy savings we will break even in the next 2 years not having to use our electric heat. Also its great to know that we have it in case of emergencys when the power goes out.
