Be careful of this company. I’ve called the answering service four times. It just hung up twice. It gave me the on-call person for a thousand miles away the third time. The fourth time, I asked to have the Selma manager call me immediately. I wonder how that’s going to work out.So the delivery person called back, not the manager. The manager is supposed to call. I sent her a message to get it in gear because we have to have oxygen in the house tonight. The delivery man says there’s no record of an order, an order arranged by the hospital and confirmed by Lincare.
