last December I sent my first package with them, I had no problem returning. However, this time I listed in detail everything that my package contained and at no time did they tell me that something could not be sent, then they only offered me a shipping option so I had no option to take it and everything got worse when 2 days later I tracked My package to see that it goes without problem and I find myself with the surprise that the status says RETURN TO SENDER at that moment I called attention to clients for international shipments and the lady very kindly attended me. Mercedes, who explained to me that the staff of the UPS store has the obligation to check the restrictions for the destination of the packages before processing them to avoid any setback for them, also explained that the service I should have used was air and not the terrestrial as they sent it, being that this service was the only one that they offered me !! and that they did not specify that the clothes he was sending were new which was also a problem !!! I request a refund for that shipment since the error was from the store and not mine. … not satisfied with that 1 week after they sent me my package back and I received it, I was surprised that the products, in addition to coming all scrambled in the box, ripped the labels off the clothes I sent, and 2 video games that were in the package not satisfied with breaking the original packaging, they kept the video games !!! and the packaging was sent to me all destroyed back in my package !!! They tore up 2 letters that my baby sent to her grandmother and my son finally when I talk to the store staff to solve my refund they wash their hands saying they don’t know anything about it … . I am really upset about this service.

Just left this location. Workers are rude.never been treated this way at a business. I had a single ups return and the man with the accent was VERY rude. They had customers waiting while doing other things in the store. They don’t care about customers. It’s best to go to another store I see why the ratings are so low

I go to a lot of UPS locations, unfortunately this one is closest to my home. For whatever reason they don’t let you email to the store whatever you need printed (My first time hearing this). You instead have to use their public computer, swipe your card, you’re timed, and touch a keyboard + mouse that’s been used by everyone else. That’s completely not covid friendly, costs you more, and is inconvenient compared to all other locations where they allow you to email to the stores designated web address. This is the only location that does this as far as I know, the clerk said the manager changed the policy 14 days ago.I wanted to put this out there so y’all can see so you don’t waste your time because today was my last time here.
