This place smelled fantastic, tasted amazing, is in a great location, and had wonderful service. If you have even the slightest sweet tooth, this is a place you will absolutely want to visit in Houston – whether on vacation or merely visiting. They have tons of options, variety of choices, and some unique items that I’ve never seen anywhere else. You won’t regret stopping by!

I just went here and ordered ice cream. My all time favorite ice cream used to be the coffee toffee time here but today it was terrible! I am very certain I was given the wrong ice cream but was told by the staff that it was correct. The ice cream was right next to the dark chocolate truffle and I told them I thought they may have given me the wrong ice cream but they insisted that they gave me the right ice cream. When I explained that there was not even one piece of toffee in it and it tasted like dark chocolate they informed me that they don’t put much toffee in it anymore and just shrugged about the dark chocolate flavor. Based on their reassurances this ice cream no longer has a coffee flavor nor did it have ANY toffee in it! As I was leaving I noticed the staff getting a scoop of the ice cream and taking it around the corner. Next time just admit you made a mistake and give the customer the right ice cream. Take accountability. You could visibly look at the ice creams and tell that the wrong bucket got put in the wrong place. There is nothing wrong with making a mistake but there is in not trying to correct it especially when it is politely brought to your attention. I am really trying to support local businesses but I will not be going out of my way to do so when they cannot even try to listen to a customer and work to correct their mistakes. I will support someone else in the future. So disappointed! I used to really love this place but today ruined me on it:(!
