Product delivered 01/13/20. Our fridge was missing a part and was delivered with scratches and dents. I immediately notified the business regarding these and stated that if they got the part coming I could overlook the damages. It’s been over a year and the part has not been received. I consistently get the excuse of “because of Covid” and “I’ll have Josh call you back” well he never calls back, and over a year waiting for and end cap for my $2k purchase (not including lease cost) is excessive regardless of covid or not. Going to give them one last chance prior to reporting to BBB and contacting their corporate offices.

All the employees but the manager are very nice, the manager is very disrespectful and doesn’t know how to treat or talk to the customers. I won’t go through this company again, after the way the manager talked to me and treated me . I have boughton quite a few things from this place and paid it off, and I have never had a manager disrespectf me the way this manager did.
