Ambiance is rustic as one might expect from the restaurant’s name and it’s exterior. Nice table spacing: you’ll not overhear other conversations while you have your own. Service was outstanding — both personal and professional. The food is incredible. They offer a very wide variety of dishes (many forms of meat) and expert detail is give to the side dishes as well. The Peach Melba was amazing — the best since my days in Paris. This place is on our list for future dining.

Very good place! We went for Mother’s Day and it wasn’t completely packed which was nice. The steak had crispy edges which is odd but overall things were good! Only complaint is that our waiter had a mumble voice which made him hard to understand with his mask on. I would still choose The Taste of Texas over them from preference of steak flavor.

Went to a birthday party here with about 30 people. Rooftop patio, which is covered but some bad leaks when it rained. Staff was great moving people. Choice of 3 meals, vegetables and dessert. Everyone loved the food and wine. Excellent experience. Didn’t pay so don’t know about prices.
