I buy all my shoes from Dillard’s and just moved here and this Dillard’s staff is extremely lazy and unprofessional. One of the older men walked around pretending he couldn’t see me to not help me while I was sitting there waiting for a shoe and there is a young tall guy there who came out from the back saw me looking around and went back into the back to avoid helping me. Very rude if you don’t like helping people then this is definitely not your place. Management needs to address this issue because now I am no longer wanting to visit again. Horrible customer service.

Today I went to look for a Tom Ford setting spray, Letty helped me and showed me this perfume, I fell in love with it and bought it, she was very knowledgeable and helpful, plus they had very good prices on the shoes too! Up to 65%off.

Dillard’s was pretty empty this morning. Sales price in store range from 40% – 65% now. I got some really warm socks for cold and boot wear. These socks are comfortable too!
