Out of all the Albertsons in El Paso, this is the best. Good customer service. It’s not big but it has everything you’re looking for and it’s also easy to find. The lines aren’t long and when they are, the cashiers are fast and nice. The Starbucks there is also quieter and though smaller than the others, you never have to worry they’ll get your order wrong or that you’ll have to wait long.However, I will say that Albertsons (in general, regardless of where a store is located) does tend to be pricier when it comes to vitamins and supplements, and hygiene care so just a heads up for those looking to save a few bucks in that department.

I like shopping at Albertson’s, but I can’t stand the talking Self-Serve machines. If your like me, why can’t management eliminate the automated person talking and let’s us talk to the Human Claudia the employee to help us with our purchases instead. These machines are so Annoying!

Horrible experience, we were in self checkout and staff member told me and my mother we were going to slow they are closing and we needed to go and started scanning our items rudely from our hands (granted we only had six items)she was just impatient and in a rush to kick us out. I promise you I am reporting this to the higher up to understand what type of staff they have in store.
