I have a pre-teen son who is needing contact lenses for athletics next school year. In an effort to NOT miss school, I made an appointment for a Saturday afternoon for the contact lens exam, etc. I was called that Saturday morning and was told that the contact lens class that is required for all new contact lens wearers was NOT taught on Saturday. I was given the option to reschedule everything or to come in for the exam that Saturday afternoon and the contact lens class during the week. Today my son and I returned to the office for the class and, unfortunately, he was missing school for this appointment. After a 30 minute appointment, we still do not have contacts. Needless to say, we are FRUSTRATED!As a parent, I have two suggestions: please offer this class at more convenient times for students and parents, like later afternoon or on Saturdays. I would also suggest scheduling a longer appointment for new contact lens wearers. It is an anxiety-provoking experience when you are first learning to put the contacts in your eyes. The fact that my son was told he only had 15 minutes left to get this done only raised his anxiety level. After this ordeal is over, we will be taking our business somewhere else.

Front desk is still awful. It takes a minute for them to realize you’re standing there waiting to check in. However, Leah in the optical side helped me with glasses and was amazing. Super helpful and broke down my insurance and pricing for me. She was patient with me while I browsed for glasses and was just so helpful overall.

I went there after months of avoidance due to the look of being haughty, however, I gave it a chance out of desperation. I was so surprised at how professional and friendly the staff are. They were patient and very helpful, answering every question fully and even going beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and satisfied with our entire experience. Due to our insurance, we got a great deal, but they did make attempts to get us the best possible pricing to meet the needs of our wallets and out eyes.I would recommend Temple Vision Source to anyone looking for a respectful, helpful, comfortable, and friendly environment. We saw Dr. Pagan for to exam, which was extremely thorough. Sam, who is amazing, helped with getting our frames and the rest of the journey, took care of us wonderfully.If you need glasses and want the best experience for you and your family, I would say give Temple Vision Source a chance.
