This GNC is family owned, very helpful and knowledgeable and honest. I asked about a particular name brand supplement the individual working didn’t recommend the product, he said he tired it and it didn’t work all that well. I appreciated that…

This store is shady. They make up prices, don’t accept GNC coupons, and their employee Ruth is rude and overbearing. Specifically regarding pricing, we regularly purchase cases of Alani Nu energy drinks, which are 27.99 per 12-pack on GNC.com. At this store, and another nearby “Rick & Ann’s” GNC, these cases are not sold by case price. The drinks are scanned one by one, which adds about 6 dollars to the price of each case. When we reference the price on the website for the same product, we’re met with “what website?”… and “sorry, this is a franchise, so we have to factor in shipping costs and…” a bunch of other nonsense. To me, this seems like a ploy to recoup sales and help Ruth meet her monthly goal. We won’t be returning to this location or any other “franchise” store with these owners.
