I worked for this company when they had a mounting station here in San Antonio..best job I ever had boss was great and he was very knowledgeable of all aspects if the jobs done and would work side by side with you ..pay was great and incentives were awesome..if it’s still that way today I would go back to work tomorrow for them..I am a past employee and not someone just writing a good review…

The 2 stars I give are only for the amazing coworkers and a few supervisors! If it wasnt for them i couldn’t give any stars. This company does not care about any if their employees just care about the production line. During your orientation everything seems amazing and slowly but surely everything changes. I got this job through a temp agency, worst mistake ever. I got my thumb smashed in my truck door on break, tried to work through it and then sent me to the ER it was so bad. Doctor said don’t use it for 3 days. Company policy, if your injured they will put you in light duty so you can’t still work. I did above and beyond what I was told by the doctor I should do. The day before my restrictions were over for my hand my supervisor kept telling me to follow a guy around and just watch what he does so I can learn more for when my hand is better. That’s what I did. 2 hours after I got of work, I received a call saying I was fired for walking around and dont working. Even though I was instructed to do so. I tried to talk to Lynn in HR and very rudely was told because I read through a temp agency the could just fire me like that without finding out the truth and then was told to get of the property! She called the temp agency 5 minutes after I left to have them call me and tell me to stay off the property. I was nothing but respectful and was treating like a horrible human being.
