Just wanted to say they helped restore my faith in humanity on Christmas Eve. We had completely forgotten to pick up our Birthday Cake for Jesus (yes we’re weird white people that do that), and we called and as they were getting ready to close everything up, Andrea, answered the phone and was so kind, and even delivered our cake to us. Definitely a gesture I will never forget. Thank you!

Ordered a cookie 3 days in advance and was supposed to be ready at 12pm. Had to wait 30 minutes as it was not even done and employee stated she didn’t even know it was that kind of cookie or that difficult to make. Shouldn’t have on website if they can’t make it. That employee wasn’t very friendly as well. Questionable on returning after ordering 2 in last month.
