This Jupiter Road store is 10x better than the Store on Plano Road. KiKi helped me with getting a new watch today. She helped answer most of my questions and her customer service was A1. She is ambitious and friendly and she welcomed me as soon as I walked in. In my opinion she deserves a raise or promotion on customer service alone. She helped me set up my new watch showed me how it somewhat works in the App and I was on my way out. I will be back to this store. Again the Plano road store was terrible customer service in comparison to this store.
