CVS Pharmacy located at 6601 Everhart has a declining customer service attitude. Reminds me of the attitude that is occurring throughout the United States. People just are not happy with their employer. The exception is CVS employee, Roberta at 6601 Everhart Drive. She is a valuable employee at CVS Pharmacy and CVS is very fortunate to have her as an employee. She loves her job and it shows. Thank you Roberta for caring about your customers.

Great neighborhood pharmacy, but the store is smaller than most CVS stores, so they are limited in those last minute grocery items you might need to pick up in a pinch. The employees here are very sweet, especially the ladies who work the front registers.

Do not attempt to call. They will have you on hold until you finally give up. Doesn’t matter if your physician office or general public. Customer service is very poor. Will not be using this pharmacy in future.
