It was clean very busy wasn’t questioned about my buy as I usually get from the Marsh ln and Frankford rd. WalMart they’re pretty ride there and change policies on a whim just so you can’t get your money back. But, so I was pretty happy about this store here being as they were no complaints here was fast and convenient all good far as that goes.

I placed a pick up order at 8:30am for a pick up time of 3-4pm. I received a text around 2:30pm stating that my order was ready. I arrived at 3:00. The automated checkin was activated and stated the there was no need to call because they could see that I was there. After about 10 minutes I saw a employee come and put groceries into 2 other cars. I waited another 10 minutes and no one came out. I started calling the number on the pick up sign and no one answered or it went straight to voicemail. After about 30 minutes of waiting I went into the store (which defeated my reason for a curbside pick up), and asked the manager what was going and she stated that she just told someone to go over and help because there was just 1 person working pick up. How do you have only 1 person working pick ups and 5 cars waiting outside? I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because this was not on the employee this all on management! The worst!
