I went into the AT&T store on Richmond Avenue after numerous conversations with 611 and my issue was not resolved. I was helped by Marissa along with the manager Trevor. They were both amazing and helpful. A suggestion was made by both Marissa and Trevor that was not offered by 611. I was in the store for 3 hours but it was worth every minute and I was able to walk out with a resolution. Thank you both.

My husband and I arrived here @ 5:10 PM. It is currently 5:33. As soon as we walked in, the staff looked at us but did not greet us. They didn’t say one word, they just kept continuing to help the customers they were helping. Prior to coming to the store, I called & they were beyond rude over the phone. There’s no other At&T store that’s close to me, so that’s why we’re sucking it up & still waiting to be greeted & help. This is ridiculous. The customer service is beyond terrible. How is this even acceptable? Two other customers walked in & were not greeted. They walked out looking extremely angry.. AS THEY SHOULD BE. This is just unacceptable.Update: 5:43 & three more customers walked in and were not greeted. My husband and I are still waiting to even be spoken to.

My wife and I went in there for a new phone for her. Our representative Allison Levine was very helpful and courteous and Knowledgeable. She made the entire process quick and easy. I have been to quite a few AT&T stores and was not very happy. As long as Allison is still at this store I will be sure to go back and ask for her personally.
