Used them to come diagnose an issue with my ac system. They arrived and within minutes told me what was going on. James and Alex were the first ones on the scene. Gave me the correct quote and service time. They came back today 3/31/2021 and replaced my ac system and did a great job. Great communication within the team and to the customer. 10/10 definitely would recommend and will be using then for any future HVAC needs

As a disclaimer, I’ve only had dealings with this company through home warranty claims. I can’t speak to the quality of their retail experience. Based on the last year of experience, I wouldn’t recommend this company for warranty service work. Although the initial installation of a new air handler was performed in August without any problems or delays, the unit has since had several problems, attributed to installation. Through the winter, Artie’s was unable to effectively troubleshoot (after several visits and one no-show) the Lennox heat unit they installed, requiring a different Lennox dealer to eventually solve the problem. Fast forward to this week, where I’ve been told that the fire hazard pictured, caused by improper installation, would be an 85$ service fee to correct due to the manufacturer’s warranty covering only parts. While true, it’s a little unethical to charge a customer to fix a problem caused by company technicians. Ultimately, while the installation was generally problem free, the follow on service has been severely lacking.
