I’ve had some problems for about 4 months, and no one could help me until I came here, Brechen did a great job, such an amazing service, out of all ppl she was able to finally help me, I’m very very satisfied with her treatment, so kind and also very respectful, I’m glad that also she kept her distance since we still have Covid-19 around. I’m very happy with this place, more ppl like her<3

ASK FOR BRILLY!!I came in to this t-mobile location asking for help on why my service was bad and see if they can help with anything. So I talked to Brilly and she made the process quick and easy for me to understand and the problem was fixed. I also asked her why was my IPhone was slow since I just purchased it and she was also able to fix the problem. So pretty much whatever I had asked her or have problems with, she did her very best to help me and it was a successful at the end of the day. She made it very simple and straightforward.
