I had never been here before but the lady who helped me was great.. she helped me picked a color as well.. I bought tape in extensions as well and ended up dying them. I had some issues with that(my fault not the products) but when I called back and spoke to her about it she was even more helpful and asked if she could help fix them. I ended up being able to fix them myself with her help and now I love my hair. I will always be going back now!

I went in once looking for a specific brush and the whole time I was there I felt like they were watching me like a hawk. I get they have to curb theft but it was very intimidating and unwelcoming. One lady literally stood at the end of the aisle with her arms crossed, staring at me. I didn’t buy anything and went to Sally’s and found my brush. There I was well recieved. I don’t know what prompted the reaction at Henry’s — I was dressed nice and I am generally nice to workers, greating them when I walk in. I don’t see myself going back anytime soon.
