Horrible experience. The son (who runs this shop) doesn’t know much of what he’s doing and the dad is rather pompous. I was quoted 800 and told it be out in a week, but cost me 1700 and took him a month and a half, even after constantly calling both parties. It would have been more had I not gotten some of the parts myself. He tried to charge me 200 for a part that I got for 80 at the same place he goes. The dealer even told me these businesses do a very slow job. On one occasion, a man there was stood up for 2 hrs and said he would call the POLICE since his car had been there so long. I myself was a hair away from calling ACTION 4 NEWS on them. Overall, save yourself the trouble. Go with a real certified mechanic.

Friendly, gave me a quote of 320 to change and get programed. I just had to get the part myself. BUT they had me go buy a part( that cost me 500 by the way) then when I took it to them they told me that wasn’t the part. He then said it was supposed to be a much larger part and that the work that was needed is so expensive that they don’t even work on these cars at all. All that AFTER he had me buy a part I may or may not need. I’m getting a second opinion tomorrow before I TRY to get my money back for the part. They may not even take it back since mechanic opened the box. I give less than one .
