I always seem to find some really good deals here. Found these cool sunglasses for $4! Also was able to find some matching outfits and backpacks for the kids so that worked out great. Every time I’m in Austin, I try to stop by. Lines can get pretty long though, but it’s worth it.

I cant even express how upset I was going here. Literally every employee complained about how they didn’t like there job because the company increased the hours to midnight. I completely had sympathy for all them but the professional point was way out the door. The store was also trashed. It was clear that the employees were tired but I think its important to stay in a professional character at all times. We as customers work just as hard as employees and we want to enjoy our shopping and spending experiences to not hear the assistant manager talking about how she cant wait to leave her job for another.

I bought my dog a package of pork knuckles. When I got home and opened the pack I could immediately tell they were past the expiration date. I took them back and the cashiers were telling me that I couldn’t get a refund because the package had been opened. I politely asked to speak to their Manager that promptly came to the front. The cashiers told him the situation that I presented to them and guess what? He approved my return. I left a happy customer and will continue to shop there but only for home decorations and stuff for the house. Thank you DD’s!!
