Attendant in women’s apparel did not help me at all. She saw me carrying 5 dresses and tripping over one of them, and did absolutely nothing to help. She just looked at while I pick up the dresses that had fallen to the floor. Thank God for my friend who went with me. She would get different sizes of dresses for me. Attendant only charged the sale. Very disappointed with the service or lack of it!

This is my FAVE Dillard’s dept store….this is where I purchase ALL my James Avery jewelry, because they put the charms on right then and there! (Other places takes a day or two) and the staff here are AMAZING ( even though I miss Amanda Lee) she was my FAVORITE and this particular Dillard’s is where I purchase all my MK handbags and wallets! Just got the newest one in season yesterday, woohoo!! The gentleman who helped me out was soooo amazing!

I was looking for a dress the person that helped ne was really nice. Overall a good experience. I went to the shoe department and I got treated really nice too, it was busy so you have to be patient but other than that it was an amazing experience.
