Absolutely STUNNING items, but THE ABSOLUTE WORST STAFF i have ever seen! The receipt says her name is Brayden. No customer service skills what so ever! Harassed me the whole time I was looking, to the point of me almost putting my items back and leaving, in-between talking to a guy sitting on the couch eating. Then when it was time to pay, treated the older lady in front of me COMPLETELY different then she treated me, but when I asked her about it, she tried to backstep i guess to cover it. Saying you just need to switch it up sometimes.Just a HORRIBLE experience. A shop like this deserves way better employees! Will NOT go back if she is the person working!

Fab’rik is my favorite go-to shop in Auburn. They truly care about you as a customer and try hard to find just the right items for you. I’ve shopped for myself and been so happy with my finds, but my holiday shopping experience was above and beyond. All I had to do was describe who I was shopping for and Kelsey, Tanya and Anna Banks knew exactly what to suggest and my gifts were a hit! If you want personal customer service from a friendly and caring staff, head to Fab’rik in downtown Auburn – you won’t be disappointed!
