Generally pretty great service most of the time unless you try to return something. I was sold a defective Airistech Diamond Vaporizer that wouldn’t charge, and when I tried to return it about an hour after purchasing the guy at the counter just told me to look up youtube videos on how to fix it. Not only could I really not find anything, but that really left a sour taste in my mouth. I understand taking a loss on defective items is frustrating for a store owner, but I can’t say I’ll be returning after this experience. Just switch the thing out, man. Other than this last experience though, every other purchase and visit has been fine. I’m not even mad, just a little disappointed.
