They told me that my trade in phone was worth $700 trade and it turned out to only be half of that. But now it’s too late to do anything because I already own the phone and have made two payments and still owe them $350. I went back to the store and I was told to just call the corporate 1-800 number. Which I have and I’ve opened two cases and they have never even responded at corporate either. What a terrible company!It is stealing and I’ll never go back to AT&T again.

The sales person gave me bad information and I have been working on it for three months trying to get it corrected. Was told to go back to the store they could straighten it out. Talked to the store manager and District manager couple days ago they say they’ll try to straighten it out. Waiting to hear back will Update.As in your answer I sent an email and still didn’t hear from you thanks for nothingI did stop by the store again and talk to the manager she was the first person to put out any effort to correct the problem.
